How to Build a Local Brand

When you are starting out it's always difficult because you haven't built your brand name. So we like to position ourselves as a mid-level luxury. I don't think we should have that many stores. Nowadays with Omni Channel we can always target areas outside of where we have the physical store in terms of say digital marketing. It's also about refreshing your offerings but experiential buying stuff to just good customer service.
