Robbie: We have a set of them that are really what we call drains to capacity. They decrease our ability to get done what we have to get done, right? And so they create stress as a product of us having to work harder and ignore family or other things that we want to do with our lives. Robbie: One is what I've come to call small misses, small performance misses from team members or colleagues. He says authority figures shift expectations very erratically or consistently.
