The secret of the paleo diet is eating more nutrient dense foods. The rest of the science doesn't have to be right because the benefit is eating the whole foods. It's an alkaline diet, not in omega six to omega three ratios. We're eating too many calories from processed food and anything that gets us towards eating more whole unprocessed foods is going to be better for most people.
