When You Have More Hands on Surgeons

Some surgeons want to be more hands on. Other surgeons will say, hales ond, i did this operation,. But otherwise kind o want you just to take care of stuff. When you have the more hands on ones, sometimes you don't know. And is very analogous to working with a evan lic attending intensivists. I if they're more hands on, sometimes you're not sure what they want to be involved with.
