Introduction
Sleep Well is a new podcast from the BBC World Service. Dr Michael Mosley will show you how to get more sleep by warming up your extremities and then letting them cool. The ancient Greeks found that bathing in hot water springs was a great way to relax the muscles. In 17th century Spain, heating parts of the torso was promoted as a way to help with sleep. We'll explore all of this but first let's take a moment to unwind. It's time to breathe and melt away the cares of the day.
