Evolutionary Psychology

In 2021, I went back to do my masters at Brunel University in London. And every podcast, every audiobook that I kept gravitating towards was evolutionary psychology. It's just a kind of way of doing psychology that looks at the mind as if our psychological mechanisms act as organs of the mind. Just like your heart solves the problem of pumping blood around your body, your psychological mechanisms are trying to solve some problem in the way they operate.
