The Value of the Pure Raw Land
A given acre of land in the united states is almost entirely dependent on where it is. The value comes from, basicly, the people around it and all the activity that's happening. This reminds me of georgiaism, which was the kind of policy prescription to match this world view about land. So what he advocated was, basically, you tax the raw value of the land and use that to fund the government.
