The biggest weakness is financial management and understanding financial management. We don't typically like that part of the business, as architects write. That's just, or most architects have the personality that that's not we neen’t become architects to deal with numbers and financial statements. So there's not much of an interest in it. Which is one of the reasons why we try with entre architect to create products and services that help them learn those kind of things,. But do it in a way that can be fun and helps them do more of the things that they love to do.
