I Think the Russians' Strategy Is Changed a Lot in the Early Stages of This Conflict
Much of what appears to have been e cremlin's grand plan was to quick decapitation operation. So i think there was an element of their effort thato to make sure they didn't break what they were about to buy, essentially. I understand the russian logic of holding back the really destructive siber attacks in the early stages of this conflict. But now the russia knows the quick installation of pupe government is effectively off the table.
