Bull Realta, we're starting to see more activity from buyer sellers and lenders here in February than we did last quarter. And you mentioned a lot of new supply coming online. I guess it takes a year or two for the new supply to start slowing down from these rate hike increases,. Yeah, absolutely. We're sensing the same thing or feeling it here.
