I'm in a very lucky position because i've already established who i am and where i sit in that conversation, in that transaction. I think what's important for people is to understand where they are in that unity. Are they an unknown person, you know? Or are they a well known person? Good point. That comletely changes the way that you communicate. My example of my business, you know who am i in that community? I'm as service provider when it comes to house and accommodation. But i'm also influences, the wrong word, because i'm not an influencer, but i have a lot of information to influence people's decisions"
