Housing we have talked about housing I think but there's been more data you've done some amazing daily notes for our advisors here at the Carson group. You know what we're seeing and I love to talk about permits and housing starts it almost looks like off the lows the big bounce we've seen, that makes bears heads explode when you tell them we're seeing early cycle signals. So these are numbers you usually see only during your sessions. But we think starts improving a lot starts jump 19% one month right 19% in May they're up 24% or the last months or so permits. Right. And then the bill does go to get permits authorized to start new construction that leads housing
