Timothy Stanley: The dream would be if we weren't living on earth to have a single stage to orbit rocket, where it's all one package reusable. Why is it so hard? It your the payload fraction of a rocket is like three to five or six or seven percent. He says there are tricks you can do to try to offset that but at the end of the day they're just simply not worth it.
