The Dosage and the Timing of the Kafine

Kafine has a half life of about five to six hours. It has a quarter life ten to twelve hours. If you have a cup of coffee at noon, a quarter of that kafine is still in your brain at midnight. You're not going to be able to sleep as well as you could do otherwise. Once you get past sort of three cups of coffee, then the health benefits start to take a turn back on themselves. They start to go in the opposite direction. I so trying to cut yourself off from kafine at the right time, but still enjoying it and thrilling in it, is just fine.
