Malkam: People don't want to walk. They want to sit. But there's ways to get in some more activity, you know, it's just where there's a will, there's a way. I think daily activity is a good thing for quality of life and wakefulness in general. Yes, bring your lunch break. If you're incorporate america and you're at a lunch break, go outside and walk around. Ovse the warmer climat or climates, is better for that. And i do think walking after meals is excellent.
