Affordable housing includes things like shared ownership and social rent. The local plan said 30% of that needed to be affordable, but only 20% ended up affordable. Of that 20% that was affordable, less than 5% turned out to be social housing. So as a council, we are starting to move back to prioritising the kind of housing that can be allocated to that general needs queue.
