How much intensity do we need to engage in a resistance training practice to actually get maximum benefits? Not even maximum benefits, but some theraputian. I recommend training four to five days a week with resistance training. Hypertrophy is a pretty easy ind and no brain or kind of training,. right in terms of, you know, are you working each muscle group? Twice a week i think would be perfectly acceptable.
