i learned very quickly that that was not my skill set, and i didn't like managing 60 employes. I don't rite and so i went the exact opposite route of more internet base companies. I have free lancers and no employees. A one that required a lot more time and effort, i actually brought in an operator whowas absolutely fantastic. He's got the perfect skill set for the business. And if he is just even ok at his job, which i know he's a phenomenal lot, he's going to crush it and just do so well.
