Jersey

Jersey is 45 square miles. There isn't a big need for large roads and everything. No one's going anywhere in a mad hurry because it's not going to take you long to get there anyway. He got it right too. I saw the clip and I think I almost recognized where he was as well. It's a small placetoo. Much like parts of rural England, you had roads designed for horses and carts. And all they've done is just paved over with tarmac.
