The Impact of Wal-Mart on the Economy

Last year Wal-Mart did something similar in Seattle LA, Philly, DC this seems to be a trend as far as their stores even these you know urban small footprint or smaller concepts don't seem to be performing well. What are some of the factors do you think and is there some planning that is maybe not really connecting with those shoppers? Yeah I mean Wal-Mart is an interesting one because when Wal-Mart decides to open a store it's kind of tamed down in the past few years at least.
