How to Develop a Research Skillset

i think the challenge is that, generally, we build up our formal a experience in skill set. Won't cal it expertse, but skill set first, right? Because that's the new language. And then we're introduced to the research that we're kind of talking about, and we're not able to kind of bridge those two together. So what i'm saying is thatthose two sides are certainly distinct in some ways. But wed develop those a lot of times, differently, at separate times in our careers.
