The Importance of Diversity in the Workplace
The National Science Foundation is trying to establish a curriculum so that we get a cafeteria-wide type of selection. It's not just, all right, you're going to do unconscious bias once a year, every year, it's mandatory and check the box and move on. But I think making people understand why it's important and why it works is really step one to changing that culture if it changes needed. The IQ of that team actually goes up. They make literally smarter decisions for the entire country, potentially for the entire planet.
