The Five Phases of Feng Shui

Sour is wood, bitter is fire, sweet is earth, spicy is metal and salty is water. Qualities that are reflected by or represented by the elements of wood, fire, earth, metal and water. The element system is reflected in it, but so is everything else. These phases are just natural cycles and qualities of existence that these particular elements happen to connect to. It's almost bad that the version we get first is the elements. But those are the terms most used. And this is specifically in Feng Shui or in medicine.
