i agree with lucand i think these kinds of regimes are very much based on rance income. And we see that in many of the areas that have conflicts. That where you can create an oligarchic regime. I know ucranians r really, really desperately keen on this cause. We talk to, have been talking to ucranian economists a lot over the lost afew weeks and i think it is happening.
