The Morley Farm in Curlin, Ohio
Sidney Rigdon was a preacher with radical ideas that mapped very well to the new church and many of his followers converted. Isaac Morley had a farm and a small school house which was used as an initial meeting house for the church leadership. This farm became an early settlement location for the poorest converts many of whom came from New York. The Smith family themselves Joseph and Emma included even began their Ohio lives on the Morley farm. It's a really cool site and next time you visit Curlin it's like a 10 minute drive away from there it's a reallyCool place to go.
