The Struggles of Cannabis Research
The US government didn't fund any research into the benefits of cannabis for the over the last 50 years. To study cannabis, you had to show that it grew brass or dropped IQ or hurt your testicle and now that's not really science. For example, they tried so hard to kill monkeys and dogs with cannabis. These experiments are gruesome. They gave them like 600 milligrams worth of THC. Now a puff is fivemilligrams. So a gummy bear is five milligrams. And again, the research is so spiked and it makes it really complicated to know how to deal with it because it was done. It was done. We're stuck with it.
