Sally Kohn: I am not a big fan of hiding prices. When you hide the price, it creates that friction for me that turns me off and makes me click away. The next one was what I call a bait and switch upsell, which he will tell you turned into not getting a sale at all. He says people are excited to email and get signed up for things but they don't really want to do more newsletters.
