Observe Your Inbox

Just kind of observe yourself observing your inbox and see that you can tell a message that's an advertising or marketing message compared to a message from your friend. One thing I've noticed is when you have like a symbol or a character, not necessarily a letter, like or even quotation marks, it goes to the top of the email if they're sorting emails. So maybe that's something, yeah, and I wasn't even aware of that. Maybe people can do that in Outlook. Can you? I don't know. That's what I use. Okay.
