It's geared towards the every person and not so much the hardcore fan of history and academic philosophy although they may enjoy it too. Every few entries features a CBT exercise that encourages the reader to practice reflect on and adopt because both Tim and I feel that in order to adopt a whole new framework to your outlook it is more about truly adopting the philosophy, reflecting in your life over time almost becoming a reflex.
