The Importance of Parental Guarantees
When things are slowing down, there can't be unlimited growth. Don't expect to release a parental guarantee loan in two years or less. It will take double the time and double the cost if it's not used properly. And what you could do, I don't want to go as far as to say I'd never use a bridging loan,. But again, what's in our control? What's out of it?
