There's a third strategy called damning demand that I think is very interesting where people are searching for live chat. And then you say, hey, you thought you wanted live chat, but what you actually want is conversational marketing. Let me tell you about it. Hey, youthought you wanted a growth B2B growth marketing agency. But what you actually wants is a revenue R&D laboratory. Well, that was exactly the thinking. Like the marketer in me was like, shouldn't we be trying to capture some of this live chat audience? It takes the strong conviction and the vision from the founders.
