Cristal: I think i have the theory, general cristal, that people who who have self doubt and who actually experience impostors in drome are better leaders. And if you are not so supremely self confident that you are dismissive of what other people think or doubt, i think it makes you a better leader. It can cause you to doubt some things about yourself and make you uncomfortable at times," he says.
