Is There a Difference Between Animal Based Protein and Plant Based Protein
The differences aren't huge there and I think people will kind of get into these debates that don't really matter a lot. If you're trying to maximize the amount of lean body mass probably animal protein is going to be slightly better but if you are just wanting to map your way to longevity then it probably doesn't make a huge difference in terms of absolutely and body mass over time. The other question that I asked each individual is why not both and is there other reasons whether they're ethical or just whether they're what you like to eat?
