Is There a Recession in Housing?

New York and California are your top two states losing both numbers and percentages of people out. They're going down south and typically into cheaper areas, especially to live. So I don't see the reduction in it yet, but we're seeing more mobility starting to come back. And this is where that, you know, you're buying in a local area, we literally just had a presentation about buying out of state or buying out of your area. You've got to know the rules. It can be the difference between being on a riverfront to being in a row of crackhouses.
