Rules of civility is a masterpiece, i hope it becomes under consideration for the great american novel. It's an extraordinary book about American moras, personalities and so on. But you wrote that book at night, at lunch. How did you do that? Well, i should start by saying that i began writing fiction as a kid. I wrote fiction when i was at yale's an undergraduate.
