I don't have any way to do pointcer m coagulopathy stuff like, you know, p t and r et cetera. I can basic get anything you can get off a av g panel i can get usually in a hurry. You gant like anatiennation stuff on there. If i got something that just seemed really out of whack with what i expected to find, that i might ow up with sending something to the lab. But for the most part, i think it's accurate enough to make sense.
