Norfolk Southern Derailment - What Is It?
On March 4th, a Norfolk Southern train derailed in Springfield, Ohio. Four of the cars carried residue of a diesel exhaust fluid and an additive used in wastewater treatment. Experts say the railroad industry for decades has resisted new, tougher regulations on safety because they'd cost too much to implement.
