The Great Depression and the Federal Reserve

The Federal Reserve is widely thought to have failed during the Great Depression. But again, it could have been not a problem of bad decisions, but bad rules. Now, the problem is you're always fighting the last panic, like the Fed in 1913. Future panic is going to be different. And where the bank failures are happening, those, those banks are not members of the Fed. So we have to change things.
