The EU is trying to create alternate gatekeepers for software, right? You have to go through an app store, but it could be other app stores. It just seems like they are trying to apply the PC model to phones, right? Like you can just download software for it and you can run that software. And I don't think Apple's going to make it that when European travelers go to America, all their third party apps will stop working.
