We have this idea that our neoliberal society tries to make us sort of into these machines of efficiency and productivity or performance. So in my chapter specifically I begin with La Cants notion of lack in being. And then because I am fundamentally a laconian, I talk about what's notional of lack and how creativity kind of leaps out of that lack in various ways.
