How Do You Spot Those Gaps in Your Portfolio?

Having these conversations with my manager has been so beneficial. Like making sure that my manager knows what i want to learn, what my goals are. And then kind of taking those two things and seeing where there is overlap. Don't just pick the projects that are comfortable for you. Always make your choices as much as you can surrounding, like, service of growth. That does mean having some sort of vision of where you want to be going and what youwant to be doing.
