Why We're Never Taught Family Worship

I grew up in a bible believing church, very conservative church. But it wasn't until years after seminary that i came across concept of prayinga concept family worship. And so just like with praying the bible, i was like, where has this been? Well, where it's been is not in the pulpit. Things have to be taught from one generation to another. We take things for granted and but we're always at step one with new believers and with our children. So we have to teach these things. It hasn't been taught. I mean, virtually every time i teach it in a local church, some one will come up to me and say something like, i've
