The Cost of Doing Business Has Just Goed Up

The cost of doing business has just plain gone up. We're renegotiating a lease here in Massachusetts and we're looking at the potential of a 60% increase in our cost. So it's okay to talk about what you will be buying with that new money. It's not okay, however, if there's an integrity issue and you just plain don't do what you said you were going to do.
