The Overturning of Precedent

Clarence Thomas and Elena Kagan's dissent in the student loan case said they were overturning precedent. John Avlon: "I didn't see them saying, well, you know, we're overturning Baki" He says Alito wrote that it was wrong when it was decided but is now over.
