Is Kevin O'Leary a Shark Tank Investor?

The whole Kevin O'Leary connection is very interesting to me because I find him entertaining on Shark Tank but there's something slippery about him. He basically came in a bit of a Johnny come lately to the industry and then came in shouting about how regulation and regulatory clarity would open the floodgates. Now that he's the one who was investing in FDX and it went down, now he's sort of crying foul. It just seems a bit off. Something odd is going on. Well, anyway, Tom was at Comps 2244.
