What Is a Quant?
The ancient greek philosophers used to talk about chronosis like clock time. Time can speed up slow down, an it contracts and expands. And that really affects a specially derivative options. The other the more quant of me, says, well, everything in markets, we use empiricism. We don't know the true behaviors of what might be just chaotic environments,. non lenear environments that cannot be modelled or forecast.
