The great resignation is an ongoing trend where employees are voluntarily leaving their jobs. In november of 20 21, there were over ten point five million jobs that were available in the us alone. And even though you might say he six point seven million people got re hired,. However, during that period, just the month of november, i'm talking bout six point three million people quit or separated from the jobs. That's a sign of worry. Imagine the sapedsa with ten people employed in that petze hut who are serving customers, making the food. And now four people have quit that outlet. The work hasn't gone down.
