Is There a Difference Between Overhead Extension and Hypertrophy?

Myla: I assume that they standardized the actual range of motion, like the elbow position. Eric: The authors actually said this is that just simply having the arm in the overhead position could be a challenge to get blood flow up there so it's a slightly more hypoxic condition. But yeah, I think things do happen in research that are not necessarily real. It was an MRI study too though, so it does make me wonder because that's actually a pretty high quality measurement.
