Predictive Analytics - Is There a Pattern of Developer Mistakes?

We're just trying to track things and know when they change, detect it as quickly as possible. We would love to use a lot more predictive analytics in here also. And so to keep it from going in by testing before it goes in, or making sure that the developer doesn't make those changes.
