We talked about kind of your view on platform product management in general, some background on how things worked at Twilio. So now coming back to plot again, what does it mean to introduce a PM discipline into an organization for other organizations that are maybe trying to hire their first platform PM? And that's a great question. I would say like, it has to start at the top. You really do have to start from the top and decide it's a priority and then slowly roll it out throughout the organization.
